Orion First Servicing Campaign
Orion First is a small business commercial finance servicer. Financiers and servicers in this space have historically been slow to develop and adopt new technologies. As a leader in their industry, Orion decided to change that narrative.
Sands Costner worked with Orion to develop a suite of tools designed to provide lenders with better access to their data and more insight into their portfolios. I partnered with Orion on the design of these tools and the campaigns that would promote both the new technology and Orion’s full suite of servicing offerings.
Marketing the technology
The campaign was built on language from Orion’s mission statement⸺To provide deeper insight, stronger portfolio results, and a highly satisfying borrower experience for small business lenders⸺to show Orion’s deliberate and thoughtful approach to the tools and services offered. It featured print and digital ads and included demo and testimonial videos.
